Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the timely dispatch of finished goods, ensuring accurate documentation, vehicle management, and smooth communication with transporters, customers, and internal departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer requirements and production schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and transporter documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers and management.
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems (SAP/ERP).
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations,



and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Experience in handling dispatch documentation and e-way bills.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively.
- Valuable problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.

Preferred Industry Experience

- US/UK/ Logistics Experince Preferred
- Exellent Communication skills
- Night Shift

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
