Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer
Experience: 3-5 years in UX/UI design or product design
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
- Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with technical and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform design improvements.
- Work with developers to ensure design integrity throughout the implementation process.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, adjusting design as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in user-centered design.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Technical & Professional Requirements:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
- Familiarity with responsive and accessible design practices.
