- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
- Comfortable with cold calling, emails, client meetings (online/offline), and presentations
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
