- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Tata vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as brakes, suspensions, engines, and transmission systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.
- Perform wheel alignment, engine tuning, and air-conditioning system servicing.
- Follow Tata Motors’ standard operating procedures and service guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on repairs.
- Ensure the workshop is clean and tools are properly maintained.
- Assist in warranty claims and documentation as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant certification.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a car technician, preferably in Tata Motors or similar brands.
- Robust knowledge of Tata vehicle models, their systems, and repair techniques.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced service center environment.
