About the Role

Soni Productions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can generate high-quality enquiries and business opportunities through digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns, with a focus on generating genuine leads and converting them into business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns for photography and videography services.
- Generate qualified leads for weddings, pre-weddings, maternity, baby shoots, birthdays, engagements, corporate events, product shoots and other events.
- Manage Meta Lead Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns.
- Identify and target the right audience based on location, service, budget, age, interests and customer intent.
- Monitor leads, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, campaign performance and ROI.
- Test different audiences, creatives, videos, offers, captions and CTAs to improve results.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quick lead response and follow-up.
- Qualify leads based on event date, location, service required, budget and booking requirement.
- Maintain and manage leads through WhatsApp, CRM, Excel/Google Sheets or other lead-management systems.
- Follow up on potential leads and help improve enquiry-to-booking conversion.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead-generation reports.
- Research competitors, market trends, customer behaviour and new lead-generation opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Explore new digital channels and strategies to increase qualified enquiries.




- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve better lead quality at lower acquisition costs.

Required Skills

- Solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp lead generation.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and conversion funnels.
- Knowledge of CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS and ROI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and qualify high-intent leads.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics will be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM or lead-management tools is preferred.
- Basic Canva/design understanding is an added advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, photography & videography, wedding services, event management, hospitality, real estate or other high-ticket service businesses will be preferred.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be responsible for improving:

- Number of qualified leads
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead-to-enquiry conversion
- Enquiry-to-booking conversion
- Cost per booking
- Revenue generated through digital leads
- Campaign ROI/ROAS

Work Details

- 6 Days Working is Mandatory
- 1 Rotational Weekly Off
- Salary: Based on experience, skills and interview performance
- Performance-based incentives may be provided based on company policy.
