What is this role?

As a Senior Inside Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding potential learners in choosing the right certification and degree programs. Using your strong consultative and counselling skills, you will help candidates align their career aspirations with our offerings, ensuring a seamless enrolment journey.

What you’ll do:

Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on programs from IITs, IIMs, and other leading institutions.

Understand students’ academic/professional backgrounds, aspirations, and challenges to provide tailored recommendations.

Drive conversions by building trust, resolving queries,



and handling objections effectively.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns.

Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain detailed lead interactions and reports in CRM systems.  Stay updated on new programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2–4 years of proven experience in hardcore inside sales (EdTech experience preferred).

Strong consultative selling and counselling skills with a customer-first approach.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high lead volumes and drive closures independently.

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a quick-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
