Job Summary

QnQ Pharmacy is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Retail Pharmacist to join our team at Lalgudi, Trichy District. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines, assisting customers, maintaining pharmacy operations, and ensuring proper handling of medicines.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately based on valid prescriptions.
- Provide appropriate information to customers regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions within the scope of the pharmacist’s role.
- Maintain proper records of medicines, prescriptions, sales, and inventory.
- Check medicine stock, expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions regularly.
- Ensure medicines are stored and handled appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the pharmacy.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Follow company policies, pharmacy procedures,



and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily billing and pharmacy operations when required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
- Report damaged, expired, or short-stock medicines to the concerned authorit

Requirements:

- B.Pharmacy or D.Pharmacy qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy; freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and commonly used molecules is mandatory.
- Good understanding of prescriptions and medicine names.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented approach.
