We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Fashion Design Intern to join our growing label. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete journey of a garment—from concept and design development to production, inventory management, and customer delivery.

You will work closely with the founder and gain practical experience in both the creative and operational aspects of building a fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Collection Development

- Assist in design research, trend forecasting, and moodboard creation
- Support collection development and garment detailing
- Develop concepts for surface ornamentation, embroidery, and textile embellishments
- Assist in print development, motif creation, and artwork preparation
- Research fabrics, trims, and design techniques
- Support during fittings and sample reviews

Production & Tailor Coordination

- Coordinate with tailors and production teams for sample and order development
- Follow up on production timelines and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with quality checks and garment finishing
- Maintain sample records and development tracking

Brand Operations

- Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, samples, and finished garments
- Assist with stock audits and inventory updates
- Support order processing and production records




- Coordinate packaging and dispatch activities
- Help maintain an organized studio and workspace

Creative Support

- Assist during photoshoots, styling sessions, exhibitions, and brand events
- Create visual references and styling inspiration for collections
- Support content creation and other creative projects when required

Requirements

- Completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, silhouettes, surface ornamentation, embroidery, and print development
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
