Black and White Creations, a leading railway advertising and train branding company, is looking for a Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, expenses, and payment documentation.
- Support the senior accountant and management with accounting-related tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST invoicing and reconciliation.
- Good Excel skills, including basic formulas and data management.
- Experience in handling day-to-day business accounts.
