We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students through academic planning and the admissions process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, support students throughout their application journey, and maintain organized records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise students on suitable study destinations, courses, universities, and eligibility requirements.
- Respond to enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective students during the admissions process.
- Build professional relationships with students and parents.
- Update CRM systems with enquiry details and progress notes.
- Provide accurate information regarding admission timelines, tuition fees, scholarships, and entry criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Proven experience in inside sales or customer engagement–driven sales
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good counseling and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
