Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Support machine operators and production supervisors
- Help in raw material handling, loading, and unloading
- Monitor production processes and report issues or delays
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Record basic production data and output details
- Follow company safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit to handle production-related tasks
- Willingness to work in shifts if required

Preferred Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in a pole manufacturing or production setting
- Experience in pole, steel, cement, or fabrication industries is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
