Job Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, material consumption, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, structural, finishing, and other civil construction works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall site productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper project documentation,



measurements, records, and site reports.
- Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and project management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet strict deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, project planning, and construction documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle contractors, consultants, and multiple site teams effectively.

Qualification & Experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
