You will focus on executing structured test plans, identifying defects early, and validating that new features meet requirements before release. Our products include web-based planning tools and AI-driven applications that support dental specialists in achieving their growth goals.

This role is execution-focused. You will not be responsible for building QA processes from scratch, but rather for consistently applying established QA standards while actively contributing to both manual and automated testing coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual and automated test cases based on defined QA standards
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright for regression and end-to-end testing
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using structured bug reporting practices
- Validate feature requirements against implemented functionality
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify issues and verify fixes
- Participate in sprint testing cycles and release validation
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases and test results
- Support continuous product improvement by flagging usability or performance concerns

Key Requirements

Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of QA experience in web application testing
- 3+ years of QA Automation experience

What We're Looking For

- Has an automation-first mindset
- Can independently take ownership of testing and automation efforts
- Thinks beyond test cases and focuses on customer experience
- Is proactive and self-driven
- Can identify risks before they become production issues
- Is comfortable learning new technologies quickly

- Uses data and evidence when discussing quality concerns
- Communicates clearly with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Playwright
- Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience automating modern web applications
- Experience creating end-to-end, regression, and smoke automation suites
- Strong understanding of automation design patterns and best practices
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation and troubleshooting

AI Testing (Value Add)

We are increasingly building AI-powered applications and workflows. Experience in this area is highly desirable.

Preferred experience includes:

- Testing AI-powered applications, AI agents, chatbots, or LLM-based features
- Validating conversational workflows and AI-generated responses
- Testing prompt behavior and response quality
- Evaluating AI outputs against business requirements
- Identifying hallucinations, incorrect responses, and edge-case failures
- Understanding how to test systems where outputs may vary but still meet expected outcomes

Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools is also highly valued.

Core Competencies:

- Strong attention to detail

- Automation-first testing mindset with focus on scalable quality practices
- Structured and systematic approach to testing
- Clear written communication when documenting bugs
- Ability to follow defined QA processes consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Bonus:

- Experience working with SaaS products
- Exposure to AI-driven workflows, model outputs, or intelligent application behavior
- Familiarity with React, Python, or Node-based environments
