House of Raha is a luxury villa development in Peedampalli, Coimbatore. We are looking for a civil engineering graduate or final-year student who wants hands-on exposure to both site execution and customer-facing sales.

You will be the on-ground point of contact for our project — supervising daily construction work, coordinating with masons and architects, and also meeting prospective buyers who visit the site. Leads will be generated by us; your job is to convert them.

This role suits someone who is comfortable in a hard hat in the morning and presenting to a customer in the afternoon.

Location: Peedampalli, Coimbatore (on-site daily)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

- Be present at site every working day; supervise all ongoing construction activity
- Coordinate daily with masons, contractors, and labour teams to ensure work proceeds as planned
- Coordinate with the architect and structural consultant on drawings, clarifications, and design changes
- Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and the defined site process flow
- Identify and stop incorrect or substandard work before it progresses; escalate immediately
- Track material availability at site and flag shortages in advance
- Maintain basic measurement records and verify contractor work claims before certification

Quality & Priority Management

- Check line, level, plumb, and finishing quality at each stage
- Ensure the correct sequence of work is followed (no downstream activity started before upstream approval)




- Prioritise activities on the critical path so the schedule is protected
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and material storage discipline at site

Reporting

- Share a daily progress report with the architect — work completed, manpower deployed, materials consumed, issues faced
- Prepare a weekly client progress report — photographs, activities completed, planned activities for next week, and any decisions pending from the client
- Maintain a site diary and photographic record of all stages

Sales & Customer Handling

- Call and follow up on incoming leads shared by the company (villa buyers and house construction enquiries)
- Schedule and confirm site visits; conduct walk-ins and complete walkthroughs of the finished villa
- Explain specifications, finishes, amenities, and pricing confidently to prospective buyers
- Handle construction-service enquiries end to end — understand requirement, explain our process, and close the lead
- Maintain a straightforward lead tracker with status and next action for every enquiry
- Follow up consistently until conversion or clear closure

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil (final year or fresher; up to 2 years experience welcome)




- Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate; able to travel to site daily
- Fluent in Tamil; working English for client conversations and reports
- Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawings
- Basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, and WhatsApp-based reporting
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking to customers
- Two-wheeler with valid licence preferred

Good to Have

- Prior internship on a residential construction site
- Exposure to real estate sales or customer handling
- Knowledge of finishing-stage work (tiling, plastering, electrical, plumbing coordination)
