Job Title: Colour Mix Technician

About Us:

At Smaart Global Coatingss, we specialize in automobile paints and refinishing solutions. We are hiring Colour Technicians to support colour matching, formulation, and lab testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check the availability of tints and if there is shortage refill it.
- Clean the mixing area often.
- Fill thinner bottles based on availability and order flow.
- Analyse the order updating on WhatsApp group or by in person to prepare materials.
- Make paint formulation for new colours.
- For existing colours calculate the volume of mixing based on order quantity.
- Prepare paints by mixing tints as per formulation and update it in formulation note.
- For direct colours mix direct colours with binder at required ratio.
- For mixing colours if already formula available, based on order need to calculate each tint level for mixing and prepare colour.
- If there are any other materials besides paints – masking tape, tag cloth, Filter, Disc sheet are in order need to keep it along with finished paint products for packing at required level.
- Before packing check whether all materials in the bills are kept in box at respective level.
- After arrival of bill from Finance team, need to check whether all materials are kept in packing box.
- Update formulations in formula note book in daily basis.




- Coordinate with dispatch team for on time delivery and prepare orders based on delivery time.
- If need make direct visit to customers place regarding any issue and short it out.
- Clarify the doubts of the customers regarding mixing ratio and others.
- In case of any customer complained about products need to analyse the problem and provide solution – mixing ratio, application error and any other issues.
- Maintain sample shade cards – for showing samples to upcoming customers and update formula at the backside of sample shade cards for future paint preparation.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of colour matching techniques (preferred).
- Fresher / experienced candidates can apply.
- Attention to detail and interest in technical work.
