Immediate openings for Customer Service Executive

Key responsibilities include:

Handle shipment of sea & air shipment start to end (Factory pickup to final destination)

Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions with 100% accuracy to avoid delays and penalties.(Strong experience in filling Shipping Instructions with various lines.)

Manage Air Waybill (AWB), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), and House Bill of Lading (HBL) drafts and finals with zero error.

Place bookings with liners, NVOCCs, and airlines; ensure timely and accurate confirmations.

Coordinate with customs clearance agents, liners, and transporters to resolve shipment issues and prevent delays or discrepancies

File Verified Gross Mass (VGM) with odeX accurately and on time.

Generate invoices using fstudio software.

Note:

Experience: of Minimum 5–6 years handling shipments independently with a freight forwarder,



including good knowledge of Custom Clearance and coordination with shipping lines.

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office is must

Job Requirements: - Graduation in any stream

Salary : Rs 35000 to Rs 40000/-

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Immediate joiners & candidates travelling from the Metro are highly preferred

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
