We are looking for an experienced Biomedical Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance. The role involves hands-on service, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Map and onboard current medical equipment, ensuring 100% accuracy in the equipment database

● Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment

● Ensure optimum utilization and consumption of spare parts

● Maintain detailed service records including service history, breakdown calls, pending issues, and indent tracking

● Coordinate with OEMs for equipment under warranty and ensure timely resolution of issues

● Provide technical support and training to clinical staff on proper usage and maintenance of equipment

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels





● Strive to obtain customer feedback and appreciation letters through quality service delivery

● Prepare and submit daily service reports to the Department In-Charge (DI)

● Ensure timely completion of service activities as per commitments and SLAs

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field

● 1-2 years of hands-on experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and service

● Strong knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/OEMs

● Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting, and inventory management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
