About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruitment,

preferably within the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring Interior Designers and

Architects and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment cycle from

sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Designers, Architects, and other relevant

positions.

 Screen candidates based on skills, experience, portfolio, and role requirements.

 Coordinate and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.

 Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview

process.

 Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

 Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.





 Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role

expectations.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience

 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.

 Proven experience in hiring Interior Designers and Architects is required.

 Good understanding of design and architecture profiles, including portfolios and

relevant technical skills.

 Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
