We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with solid expertise in highway and structural works.

Experience: 5–6 years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender estimation and rate analysis for highway and structural projects
- Preparation and processing of running/final bills (RA bills)
- Price variation and escalation calculations as per contract clauses
- Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation
- Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
- Reconciliation of materials and cost control

Requirements:

- 5–6 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, majorly in highway and structure works
- Strong knowledge of tender estimation, billing, price variation, and escalation
- Experience in preparing time extension (EOT) claims
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
