- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment MIS.
