Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, tech-savvy, and patient Part-Time Coding Teacher to join our online faculty team. In this role, you will deliver interactive 1:1 or small group live coding sessions, helping students build logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and real-world software projects.

This is a flexible, work-from-home position requiring 6 hours of dedicated teaching and session preparation daily. If you enjoy mentoring young minds or programming enthusiasts, translating complex tech concepts into simple ideas, and working in an agile remote environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Live Online Instruction: Conduct engaging live online classes (1:1 or small groups) teaching programming logic, syntax, and project development.
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach core computer science concepts using block-based coding (Scratch, MIT App Inventor) or text-based programming (Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C/C++).
- Project Mentorship: Guide students through hands-on coding projects such as game creation, mobile apps, interactive websites, and logic puzzles.
- Student Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback on assignments, and share regular performance updates with parents/guardians.
- Class Readiness & Management: Maintain class schedules, prepare lesson plans ahead of sessions, and keep student attendance records accurate.

Schedule & Availability

- Work Commitments: 6 hours per day, 5 to 6 days a week (Total: 30–36 hours/week).
- Shift Window:



Flexible / Evening shifts preferred to match student availability after school hours (e.g., 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM or custom 6-hour block).

Technical & Setup Requirements

- Computer & Hardware: Modern laptop or desktop (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher preferred) with a working webcam, clear microphone, and headset.
- Internet Connection: High-speed, reliable broadband internet (Minimum 20–50 Mbps upload/download speed) with power backup.
- Work Workplace: A quiet, distraction-free setup with professional background lighting for video calls.

Qualifications & SkillsPreferred Experience & Education

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, BCA/MCA, or related STEM fields (Freshers with strong programming skills are welcome).
- Prior experience in online tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students in coding is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in at least one key programming area:
- Beginner: Scratch, Blockly, App Inventor
- Intermediate/Advanced: Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C++, or Java
- Strong understanding of foundational computer science concepts: variables, loops, conditional logic, data structures, and functions.

Soft Skills

- Excellent Communication: Clear verbal English communication with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Patience & Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning speeds and keep sessions interactive and fun.
