Fashion Consultant – KKASHI

Location: jubilee hills, Hyderabad

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend to 8:30 PM based on client flow)

Role Overview

As a Fashion Consultant at KKASHI, you will guide clients with styling expertise, assist both offline and online customers, and play an active role in the brand’s digital presence. This role requires fashion knowledge, strong communication, confidence, and a polished personality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Styling & Consultation

- Provide customized styling guidance to walk-in clients for weddings, festive events, and celebrations.
- Recommend outfits based on occasion, fabric, colour, silhouette, and personal preferences.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients.

2. Online Customer Support & Video Call Sales

- Attend online customers via video calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs.
- Share product photos/videos and styling insights to help customers make decisions.
- Ensure quick and professional follow-ups to drive conversions.

3. Social Media Presence & On-Camera Tasks

- Appear on KKASHI’s social media pages (Instagram Stories/Reels) to talk about collections.
- Present and explain new arrivals, styling tips, and fabric details confidently on camera.
- Work with the social media team to create simple videos, intros, try-ons, or product highlights.
- Maintain a polished, well-groomed, presentable appearance suitable for luxury branding.

4. Store Experience & Visual Merchandising

- Maintain store displays, mannequins, and racks as per visual merchandising standards.
- Keep the store organized, presentable, and aligned with KKASHI’s premium aesthetic.




- Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and pricing.

5. After-Sales Service

- Handle fittings, alterations, and customer service queries with care and professionalism.
- Resolve concerns respectfully while maintaining brand values.

6. Reporting & Team Coordination

- prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Share feedback, client preferences, and insights with management.
- Help support and guide new staff members during induction.

7. Growth & Incentives

- After 3–4 months, incentives begin based on performance, trust, and contribution to both sales & online presence.

Requirements

- Excellent speaking skills; confident, polite, and strong in communication.
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, and camera-friendly—comfortable featuring on KKASHI’s social media.
- Fashion sense is a MUST: understanding of styling, colours, drapes, fabrics, and trends.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Experience in customer service or fashion retail (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced store operations.
- Strong online communication skills for WhatsApp + Instagram messaging.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Preferred: Candidates living within 5 km of jubilee hills.
