About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Teacher to prepare students for competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE. The candidate will be responsible for delivering concept-oriented, exam-focused Physics classes, developing problem-solving abilities, conducting assessments, and mentoring students to achieve strong academic and competitive-exam results.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Physics concepts for NEET and JEE preparation in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
Cover the complete competitive-exam syllabus within the planned academic schedule.
Build strong conceptual understanding and numerical problem-solving skills.
Solve and explain NEET/JEE-level MCQs, numerical problems, previous-year questions, and advanced problems.
Develop and provide worksheets, assignments, question banks, study material, and practice tests.
Conduct regular tests and assessments to track student performance.
Analyse test results and identify individual learning gaps.
Provide additional academic support and doubt-solving sessions to students.
Use practical examples, diagrams, demonstrations, and relevant teaching techniques to make difficult Physics concepts easier to understand.
Prepare students for speed, accuracy, time management, and examination strategy.
Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate academic records.
Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic team to ensure effective syllabus planning.
Stay updated with changes in NEET and JEE examination patterns, syllabus, and question trends.
Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and maintain consistent preparation.

Required Qualifications
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Physics or equivalent qualification.
B.Ed. is an advantage, where applicable.
Strong command over Physics concepts and numerical problem-solving.
Prior experience teaching NEET/JEE aspirants will be highly preferred.
Experience in coaching institutes, schools with competitive-exam programs, or entrance-exam preparation is desirable.
