JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with job portals, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

REQUIRED SKILLS





- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good understanding of technical/IT roles and recruitment requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

Candidates with experience in end-to-end IT hiring, particularly for software development, QA, data, SEO, and other technology roles, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,280.74 - ₹30,048.84 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
