We are seeking a high-energy Marketing Qualified with 2+ years of healthcare experience to drive surgical growth for our hospital setup in Nagerbazar, Kolkata. This role is specifically focused on accelerating volumes for our Orthopedic, General Surgery, and Gynecology departments. The ideal candidate will be a "feet-on-the-street" specialist with a deep understanding of the North Kolkata medical landscape. You will be responsible for building a robust referral network with local General Practitioners (GPs), coordinating specialized health camps, and executing targeted outreach strategies to position our facility as the preferred destination for surgical care.
