Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to manage security operations, supervise security guards, maintain discipline, and ensure the safety and security of the assigned premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage security guards at the assigned site.
- Prepare and monitor security duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.
- Conduct regular rounds and security inspections.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain security registers, attendance records, incident reports, and daily reports.
- Handle and report security incidents, emergencies, and violations.
- Coordinate with clients, facility management, and company management.




- Ensure guards follow company/client security procedures and SOPs.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and access-control systems where applicable.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and provide instructions to security guards.
- Ensure proper grooming, uniform, discipline, and behaviour of security staff.
- Manage emergency situations such as fire, theft, accidents, and unauthorized access.
- Train and guide security guards on site procedures and emergency protocols.
- Submit daily/weekly security reports to management.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
