We also help gyms grow by increasing visibility, driving new footfall, creating additional revenue opportunities, and building stronger brand presence through partner campaigns and city-wide activations.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone to help expand Fit Square’s gym network across Mumbai by onboarding target partner gyms. Once expansion is completed, the role will move into end-to-end city ownership — servicing partner gyms, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting rollout of new processes and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prioritise, and visit target gyms across Mumbai
- Manage the full partnership cycle: lead generation, closure, onboarding, and go-live readiness
- Coordinate branch setup, staff contacts, photoshoots/virtual tours, and partner activation
- Build robust relationships with gym owners, managers, and staff
- Support existing partners, resolve on-ground issues, and maintain partner health




- Help roll out new updates and ensure smooth adoption across branches

Who We’re Looking For

- 0–2+ years of experience in partnerships, field sales, operations, or similar roles
- Comfortable with daily travel across Mumbai
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to balance new partner acquisition with existing partner servicing
- Familiar with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic reporting
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
