Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Engineer – Creo with hands-on experience in PTC Creo for 3D CAD design, modelling, detailing and engineering support. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to understand technical requirements and provide effective CAD/design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings using PTC Creo.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings with GD&T;, dimensions and manufacturing specifications.
- Handle part modelling, assembly design, sheet metal and surface modelling as required.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate Creo-based technical solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and product demonstrations to customers.
- Assist customers with Creo installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct training/demo sessions for customers on Creo functionalities.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams for technical presentations and proposals.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and application notes.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities wherever required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Creo modules, workflows and industry applications.
- Travel to customer locations for demonstrations, training,



installation or technical support when required.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric.
- Good understanding of 3D CAD modelling, assemblies and 2D detailing.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing standards.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical assignments.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in CAD/PLM software, engineering services or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with PTC Creo training, implementation, application engineering or technical support will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of other CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, NX or AutoCAD is an added advantage.
