About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence, develop content strategies, and stay on top of current trends and developments.

For this role, strong narrative understanding and political awareness are essential. Must be able to understand political developments, current affairs, public sentiment, and build compelling narratives around them.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent posting.
- Plan and coordinate content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Stay updated with daily news, current affairs, politics, and significant developments.
- Track national, state, and local news and identify important topics and trends for social media content.




- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and
- overall performance.
- Analyse social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good knowledge of social media trends, content planning, and analytics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset and understanding of audience behaviour.
- Local Odisha candidates preferred.
- Language: Odia, Hindi & Basic English preferred.
- Immediate joiners required.
