Team Leader- Sales for Freehand Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the Freehand Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business through regular visits to shippers, exporters, importers, and corporate clients.
- Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve individual and team targets for revenue, shipments, and gross profit.
- Handle customer meetings, negotiations, quotations, and business closures.
- Guide the team in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of new business.
- Take ownership of outstanding payment collection for both self-generated and team-generated customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, CS, Pricing, and Accounts to ensure smooth customer service and timely collections.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular sales updates to management.

Candidate Profile





- 3+ years of experience in team handling, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Strong experience in Freehand Sales & Recent Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong market network with the ability to generate business through shipper visits.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and strong in sales follow-up and payment collection.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.

Job Location- CBD- Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
