We're on the lookout for a Creative Director & Operations Manager with a flair for creativity and operational management. **Responsibilities:**
- **Creative Development:** Innovate content ideas that align with client goals. Lead shoots from concept to execution.
- **Project Management:** Oversee scheduling, planning, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- **Vendor and Client Relations:** Manage relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring smooth collaborations and communication.
- **Social Media and Content:** Social media management and enhance content using available tools.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies accordingly
- **Business Development:** Prepare quotes for future clients
-The candidate is expected to attend video shoots & manage them which could be on weekends
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in creative direction and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects independently.
- Proficiency in Google Docs & Google Sheets
- Innovative mindset with attention to detail.
