Production Order & Shift Planning

- Review daily production plan and SAP B1 Production Orders before starting the shift.
- Verify Item Code, Item Description, BOM, planned quantity and required components.
- Check RM and component availability in SAP B1 and physically on the shop floor.
- Allocate manpower, machines and production targets process-wise.
- Prioritize Production Orders based on customer requirement and dispatch plan.

WIP & Production Order Control

- Monitor WIP process-wise and Production Order-wise.
- Identify orders where production is pending due to RM, machine, manpower, quality or process issues.

Shift Handover
At the end of every shift, the Supervisor must hand over:

- SAP B1 Production Order status
- Planned vs. actual production
- Balance quantity
- WIP quantity
- RM shortage
- Machine breakdown
- Rejection / rework
- Coordinate with Maintenance for immediate action.
- Record production loss due to machine breakdown.
- Monitor machine utilization and operator productivity.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
