We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Inventory Specialist to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations remotely, and will be the bridge between our manufacturing partners, our third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and Amazon FBA fulfilment centres.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management: Oversee and manage remote 3PL warehouse partners, coordinating the flow of inbound shipments originating from China and managing outbound prep and delivery directly into Amazon FBA centres.
Shipping Operations: Monitor daily shipping operations end-to-end to ensure all cargo moves on schedule, actively troubleshooting and resolving any transit bottlenecks or carrier delays.
Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct routine inventory reconciliation between our internal systems and the 3PL’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) to guarantee 100% data accuracy and stock alignment.
Compliance & Records: Maintain precise shipment records, shipping notes, and inventory logs in strict adherence to local labour and trade laws.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience working with 3PL operations, Amazon FBA prep workflows, and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and spreadsheet management (Google Sheets) for inventory audits.
- Exceptional ability to anticipate transit delays and coordinate quick resolutions remotely.
- Clear verbal and written English skills for seamless coordination with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UK time. Open to Weekend availability.
Pay: Starting from $400/month, subject to experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
