Key Responsibilities

- Sales Process Optimization: Defining, refining, and automating sales workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Data Management & Analytics: Maintaining CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), generating reports, and tracking KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Managing territory, quota allocation, and forecasting future revenue.
- Technology & Tools Management: Implementing and managing sales tech, ensuring system compliance.
- Performance & Compensation: Designing incentive programs, tracking performance, and calculating commissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.

- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage complex tasks.
- Experience: Typically requires 2-6 years in sales operations, business operations, or related roles.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
