Profile - Account Executive

Qualification - B.Com / BBA

Experience - Min. 2 to 4 yrs Exp in SAP & ERP (Manufacturing Industry)

Salary - Upto 40k

Job Location- Jhotwara (Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

* Process purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries through SAP/ERP.

* Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliation.

* Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

* Manage bank reconciliation and account reconciliation activities.

* Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.

* Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly financial closing.

* Ensure proper accounting of purchase, sales, expenses, and inventory-related transactions.

* Coordinate with purchase,



sales, stores, production, and other departments
* Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of SAP & ERP accounting systems.

* Strong understanding of accounting principles.

* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in MS Excel.

* Positive analytical and numerical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
