Job Description

airGurukul is hiring a skilled DTP Operator to design, format, and finalize high-quality academic and promotional materials. The role involves working on exam-related content such as question papers, practice sheets, books, PDFs, presentations, and marketing creatives with a strong focus on accuracy, alignment, and print-ready layouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and format academic content including question papers, mock tests, books, PDFs, and notes
- Work on bilingual (Hindi/English) content layout with proper alignment and readability
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files as per academic standards
- Design marketing creatives such as posters, banners, flyers,



and course creatives
- Ensure accuracy in formatting, spacing, fonts, tables, and diagrams
- Coordinate with academic, content, and marketing teams for timely delivery
- Handle revisions and corrections as per feedback
- Maintain organized files and version control

Required Skills

- Strong command over DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop (mandatory)
- Positive understanding of page layout, typography, and print standards
- Experience in handling educational or exam-related content preferred
- Ability to work on tight deadlines with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, PDF tools, and file management
- Attention to detail and consistency in formatting
