Radiance Global Traders Pvt Ltd is a growing merchant export company engaged in the export of spices, agro products, and food products to various international markets.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and field-oriented Purchase Executive to strengthen our sourcing and vendor management operations.

Job Responsibilities :

Purchase & Sourcing

- Source spices, agro products, and other food products from suppliers across India
- Obtain quotations and negotiate competitive prices with suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, processors, and traders
- Identify new suppliers and alternate sourcing options
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely dispatches and order execution

Vendor Management

- Conduct supplier follow-ups regarding pricing, quality, packing, and dispatch schedules
- Visit suppliers/factories/markets whenever required
- Maintain supplier database and records
- Evaluate supplier performance and reliability

Quality Coordination

- Coordinate with QC team for product inspection and quality verification
- Ensure products conform to customer specifications and export standards
- Follow up on quality complaints and corrective actions with suppliers

Market Intelligence

- Track market price movements and crop trends
- Provide regular updates regarding commodity market conditions
- Monitor competitor pricing and sourcing trends





Documentation & Coordination

- Prepare comparison statements and purchase reports
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation departments
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier communications

Candidate Requirements

- 2–6 years experience in Purchase / Sourcing / Procurement
- Experience in spices, agro commodities, food products, or export industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits and sourcing activities
- Ability to handle suppliers confidently and independently
- Smart, proactive, and result-oriented attitude

- Knowledge of commodity markets and supplier handling
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple products
- Strong follow-up capability
- Honest, disciplined, and long-term work mentality
