Hotels-X.com & LuminaPMS.com is looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team and help grow our hotel and vacation-rental network across Gujarat.
Job Responsibilities
1. Visit and contact hotels,resorts, and vacation rentals in your assigned area.l and cities
2. Enroll properties and list them on Hotels-X.com.
3. Promote and enroll hotels to use Lumina PMS – Property Management Software.
4. Maintain regular communication with hotel owners/managers and help promote their Hotels-X.com listings on social media.
5. Take reservations on behalf of hotels by phone or through the Hotels-X.com website when the hotel is not using Lumina PMS.
6. Build strong relationships with hotel owners and management and continuously grow the number of participating properties.
Compensation
Base Salary: ₹12,000/month
Hotel Enrollment Incentive: ₹4,000 per hotel enrolled
Unlimited earning potential through hotel enrollment incentives.
Ideal Candidate
* Good communication and sales skills
* Comfortable visiting hotels and meeting owners/managers
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Knowledge of the local hotel/travel market is a plus
* Basic smartphone and internet and social media skills
* Prior experience in hotel sales, OTA, travel, or business development is preferred but not required
