We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager for our Butchery / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) for Salem and Erode locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management within the fast-paced Retail industry and possess outstanding leadership skills to effectively manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by optimizing store performance, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for motivating your team, managing daily operations, and creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. This role demands a hands-on manager who is customer-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and effective service.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance and customer service goals.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to maximize profitability.




- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high customer loyalty.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports and financial data to forecast and improve store performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand and attract customers.

Requirements

- 2-5 Years Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar managerial role within the Retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of retail store management principles and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial software.∙Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
