Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, chat, or in-person to answer queries and guide users.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complaints, investigate disputes, and provide timely, empathetic solutions.
- Relationship Building: Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or upgrades.
- Feedback Management: Gather and log customer feedback into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to help improve company products and services.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
