- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to motor insurance services.
- Assist customers with policy details, renewals, and insurance-related queries.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewal and business generation.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system accurately.
- Provide qualified customer support and ensure timely issue resolution.
Pay: ₹9,013.08 - ₹17,000.00 per hour
