Job Description:

Radcliffe School, Moshi is looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Mother Teacher for Grade 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching multiple subjects to young learners, ensuring a smooth transition into primary education, and fostering a nurturing classroom environment. We require immediate joiners with Valuable communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all subjects
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and gently. [1]

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Graduate with B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
