We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)in Facility management industry ( Soft , hard and support ) to drive growth and expand our client base in the facility management sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services including housekeeping, security, technical services, and integrated FM solutions
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and industry engagement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial bids for prospective clients




- Participate in tendering processes (RFQs/RFPs) and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and corporate stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and periodic reporting to management

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
