Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations, drive sales, lead the sales team, and deliver an excellent customer experience within the jewellery retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Handle customer interactions and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Manage jewellery product presentations, inventory coordination, and stock movement.
- Monitor team performance, sales conversion, customer walk-ins, and revenue.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports.
- Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with HO/management regarding sales, inventory, staffing, and operational requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery sales/retail jewellery industry.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong experience in showroom/store management and sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail operations.
- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands will be preferred.
