- Quality Control (QC)
- Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct physical and chemical testing as per specifications.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- Perform tests using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Moisture Analyzer, etc.
- Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory records.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and provide technical support.
- Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain SOPs, test methods, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
