About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content trends, audience engagement, social media strategies, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Plan, write, and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other content.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and viral content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Analyse social media performance using platform insights and prepare regular reports.
- Track competitors and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Improve followers, engagement, reach, leads, and overall brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotional activities.




- Support paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design/video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera and creating reels/videos will be preferred.

Salary
