Position: Finance & Accounts Trainer Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Finance & Accounts Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in accounting, finance, taxation, financial management, and related business concepts. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' accounting skills, conducting practical sessions, assessing performance, and preparing learners for employment in finance and accounts-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on Finance and Accounting concepts.
- Teach fundamental and advanced accounting principles and practices.
- Provide hands-on training in journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, cash book, bank reconciliation, and final accounts.
- Train students in Tally/ERP accounting software, MS Excel, and other relevant financial tools.
- Explain basic concepts of taxation, GST, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Teach financial management, cost accounting, management accounting, and business finance.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, practical exercises, and assessment materials.
- Conduct regular tests, practical assessments, mock interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students to improve their accounting and financial skills.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and other academic documentation.
- Keep students updated on current accounting practices, software, and industry requirements.
- Ensure that training is aligned with industry standards and employability requirements.
- Coordinate with the academic/training department for examinations, schedules, curriculum delivery, and student progress.
- Support placement-oriented activities such as resume preparation,
interview preparation, and practical workplace simulations.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.
- Understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation basics, and payroll accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of budgeting, costing, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts using practical business examples.
- Basic understanding of computerized accounting systems and digital financial tools.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com/M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA/CA-Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounts.
- Relevant professional certification in accounting or taxation will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant industry or teaching/training experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Tally/ERP, GST, taxation, and practical accounting will be preferred.

Work Workplace
The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom-based theoretical sessions, computer-based practical training, accounting software sessions, assessments, and industry-oriented activities to ensure students develop job-ready Finance & Accounts skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
