Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content Marketing Trainer to train and mentor students in content strategy, creation, and marketing techniques within an online education platform. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging online sessions, create impactful learning materials, and help students develop industry-ready content marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live online training sessions on content marketing concepts and strategies.
- Teach core topics including:
- Content Strategy & Planning
- SEO Content Writing
- Copywriting & Storytelling
- Blogging & Article Writing
- Social Media Content Marketing
- Email Marketing Content
- Content Distribution & Promotion
- Content Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Design and update training curriculum, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
- Provide hands-on training through real-world content creation projects.
- Guide students in building portfolios (blogs, social media campaigns, etc.).
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress.
- Mentor students on freelancing, internships, and career opportunities in content marketing.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course quality.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, tools, and AI-based writing technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, content writing, or training.
- Robust understanding of SEO and digital content strategies.




- Experience in online teaching or virtual training platforms is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Creativity and storytelling ability
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Grammarly, etc.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms

Preferred Skills

- Certifications in Content Marketing, SEO, or Digital Marketing
- Experience in blogging, freelancing, or managing content platforms
- Hands-on experience in running content campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai
