We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced HR professional to independently manage day-to-day HR activities at our Banur manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Payroll, ESIC, EPF, Attendance, Employee Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Statutory Compliance.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working full-time from our Banur Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly Payroll and Salary Processing
- Handle ESIC & EPF compliance and generate monthly challans
- Maintain attendance, leaves, overtime and employee records
- Manage complete employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances
- Monitor daily manpower availability and requirements
- Coordinate with management for recruitment and manpower planning
- Maintain proper HR files, employee records and reports
- Ensure timely HR documentation and statutory compliance
- Support recruitment, joining formalities and employee coordination

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of ESIC and EPF




- Basic knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
- Knowledge of Payroll Processing
- Good communication and employee-handling skills
- Robust coordination and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to independently handle routine HR operations

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with Manufacturing Industry experience will be preferred
- Hands-on experience in Plant HR will be an advantage
- Candidate should be disciplined, organized and comfortable handling employees and manpower
- Must be willing to work from Banur Plant

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
