Position: HR Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR & Administration functions for the garment export unit.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, leave, employee records, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Manage social compliance requirements and audits such as SEDEX/SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, policies, licences, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and buyers during social, ethical, and compliance audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Monitor working hours, wages, benefits, health & safety, grievance mechanisms, and workplace conditions.




- Conduct employee awareness and compliance training.
- Coordinate with factory management on disciplinary matters, welfare, and employee engagement.
- Ensure HR systems and documentation are audit-ready at all times.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a garment manufacturing/export setting.
- Strong knowledge of factory HR, labour compliance, and social audits.
- Practical experience in handling SEDEX/SMETA and other buyer compliance audits.
- Good communication, documentation, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related systems.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
